Marcy (Raden) Kot is a native to the Kansas City area. She grew up in Leawood, Kansas and then traveled to the country music capital of Nashville, Tennessee where she attended Vanderbilt University for both undergraduate studies and her master’s in nursing. She fell in love with the South and her passion for country music grew even stronger. After more than seven years of intense studying and karaoke fun , her love for her family drew her back to Kansas City.

She met the love of her life over four years ago and walked down the aisle to make it official in September of 2013. Together they have a dog and a cat that they adore. Marcy enjoys being active and believes in living a healthy and energetic life. Some of her favorite hobbies are tennis, golf, exercise and spending time with her girlfriends and her husband. Her faith is the foundation for her life and is involved in her church family.

She has been with Midtown Family Medicine for almost five years now and feels truly blessed to be able to work with such a caring and compassionate staff. She finds joy and fulfillment in caring for patients and developing a longstanding and trusting relationship that will hopefully last for years.
